Online orders: payment is due at the time of the order.
For larger, high quantity / custom orders over $500: 50% of the order total is due prior to processing the order.
Orders usually ship within 2 - 3 business days. Larger orders and custom items may take a little longer (subject to available inventory).
ONLINE ORDERS: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you may return it at your cost for a full refund of the product. PLEASE review the spelling of your personalized item; Violet and Josephine will not be responsible for names/words that are spelled incorrectly on your order. Check, check, and recheck the invitations, announcements, records, etc.... we're going to spell it exactly as you enter it on your order. If we mess it up, we'll ship a new item to you within 2 - 3 business days.
CUSTOM DESIGNS: If this is a custom piece/design (other than a regular monogram or name), a draft will be emailed to you. You will be asked to approve the draft. Once the draft is approved, the product will be created. There are no refunds on custom pieces unless there is a defect in the quality of the fabric/materials used in creating that product.
ALL Returns must be authorized by Violet and Josephine prior to shipping them back and will be refunded in the manner that was used for purchasing the item. (For return authorization, please contact Violet and Josephine at 800-859-9112.)
Custom orders are defined as orders that have designs or fonts that are not part of our online library. We welcome work with schools, churches, and other groups to provide items with logos and names. An additional charge for custom designs (such as specific logos, etc.) may occur. You will be notified of the additional cost prior to processing the order.
Discounts of 10% are offered to Non-profit organizations with a 501(c)3 certificate, churches, and military personnel. ID may be required at the time of purchase.
